We believe that humans have been created with a great capacity to change and the science of neuroplasticity provides evidence of this capacity. 

We approach each client with respect and empathy and seek to understand and draw out each person’s hopes, goals, and values.

We recognize the mind-body connection and seek to work with it, not against it, by assisting clients in developing an awareness of this connection so that they may better understand themselves. 

We recognize the incredible impact that family of origin, culture, and life experience have on each person.
